All packages are shipped discreetly through the United States Postal Service, featuring a return label from Emart Media, our sister company, to ensure privacy. Shipping rates are estimated during checkout. Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log in to your account to check the status of your order and access tracking information.

Here are the steps for placing a drop shipping order:

Select Products: Browse our Order Form and select the products you wish to order for your customer.
Proceed to Checkout: Once you’ve added the desired products to your cart, enter the checkout process.
Choose “Ship to a Different Address”: During checkout, check the “Ship to a different address” box to specify where the order will be delivered.
Enter Shipping Address: Provide the address of the recipient to ensure accurate delivery.
Select Shipping Method: Choose your preferred shipping method to fit your customer’s needs.
Process Payment: Enter payment details to complete the transaction securely.
Complete the Order: Review the details and confirm your order.

After the order is shipped from our warehouse, a USPS tracking number will be sent to you, so you can monitor the package’s delivery status.

Return Policy

At Champion Hemp Farms, we strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your product arrives damaged due to shipping, we will gladly approve a return. Please inspect your package upon delivery, as returns for damaged products can only be processed within 14 days of receipt.

For any other returns, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. To request an RMA, please use our Product Support Form. Our team will review each case and work with you to find the best possible resolution for your return.
